Maintenance Window

The system was undergoing maintenance this morning but I neglected to notify everyone that this one was happening - sorry about that...

It should now be returning to normal

It seems reduced hardware is now being used in the short term but performance should *not* really be a problem, but please don't hesitate to say if this is not the case
