I'm a member of the WCU and not the ECF - does my vote count or do I now have to pay a special fee for it to count?

Roger dC If the ECF hadn't introduced universal membership the light bulb wouldn't need to be changed at all.
Paul Dupré We need to have monthly changing of light bulbs as a minimum. Anybody who uses an iterative process to change light bulbs is an idiot.

Justin - Ray Keene plagiarised the obituary of the lightbulb, and CJ and Nigel were probably involved as well. Questions should be asked.
