Hazards of international junior squads

Post by Roger de Coverly » Wed May 01, 2013 12:22 am

The ECF had an incident involving a squad at an international junior event.

Chess Scotland seems also to have had problems according to a report on their website.

Morning All :D

It does not surprise me that you get incidents involving a squad at an international junior chess event.I would not let a player under 16 go with out a very reliable adult or best still the parent of that child.I always accompanied Peter to any international event he went to and you could see that for some children with out that guidance that problems where more likely to occur such has going to bed late roaming the corridors or going out side of the hotel with the potential for mischief to occur.I know you have a team manger but he/ she can not be everywhere watching every child.

Right time to check greenhouse.
when you are successful many losers bark at you.
