Moderation Information

Post by Administrator » Tue Apr 29, 2008 8:43 pm

For the record no moderation has ever occurred on this forum and hopefully never will

However if moderation was "applied" a detailed account of what, where and why would be given by me personally with nothing held back

Hope that is clear!
Cheers

I agree, more to follow...

Some moderation was applied by Chris Majer as the other member of the moderators group

well since carl is the forum dictator, censorship is necessary - cant have anyone trying to rise up against him :)

Not 100% sure what you are referring to be honest?

I removed this joke, or some variant of it from the Chess Sets In Schools thread, on the grounds that it was off-topic, a very old joke, and the subject of a complaint.

Would it have been easier just to relocate it? I found it quite funny, if you say the first post final year spellings out loud, it sounds very german... :)

But where's the chess? I back Jack on this - otherwise we all finish putting anything we find funny on this site - don't we. Then we get links to all sorts of irrelevant sites - which happens on a lot of similar forums.

I know what you are saying, but it could have been placed in a more relevant section perhaps...?

And there is a place for links on this site anyway, so would that really be a problem?
