Does anybody know a name for the gambit

Naturally I turned to Schiller (the favourite book of Tony Miles 
) in the hope of a mention...
Eric mentions Hardy - Farrand, England, 1956 on page 222. I assume that he means Otto Hardy and Prof. Julian T. Farrand, father of Tom and member of Cavendish Chess Club.
MegaBase 2009 has five games, Black wins 3 and the others are draws.
Deep Rybka 3 rather prefers 5..d5 and thinks that 5..Bb6 is very good for White.

Estrin in the Batsford Edition (1983) of the Two Knights mentions it
without giving it a name.
He claims a plus for White after 5...Bxb4, 5..Nxb4 amd 6...Bb6.
but
"5....d5! 6,ed Nxb4 and Black avoids all the unpleasantness."
In Estrin's CHESS edition (197?) of the same book (the blue book) he makes
no mention of the line at all.
Estrin's introductory warning about the Wilkes Barre is roughly the
same in both copies. He recommends only players with excellent
memories should tackle the main line.
He does however alter his naughtical terms.
CHESS:
"...anyone who thinks he will be able to find everything over the board
is like a sailor who has set out on an open sea without sails or a compass."
This is altered in the Batsford copy:
"...to assume that it will be possible to work out the resulting complications
at the board is the equivalent to setting out into the open sea without
rudder or sails."
without giving it a name.
