"Do you play chess?"
"Yes, but I prefer a game with a better chance of cheating."

If I may speak for David, who I know still has limited internet access, could you be more specific?

I can reproduce the comment if you want, but obviously it might lose a bit of context that way.

I have temporarily inproved my internet access, but I haven't been able to find the comments. I suspect that they can only be seen by Facebook members.

If you would post what has been said about me, I would be grateful.

Is it hatred if it’s fact & reported by your employer & former coworkers? Asking for myself because London & the the people workin with ya boy seem to think we’d be making a big mistake electing him... what was the exact quote again?
From: David Sedgwick “...Hopefully the good citizens of Florida’s First Congressional District will learn from our mistake.” (His take on embracing Phil Ehr for Congress.)

Want to talk election results? When he went up for Chief Executive in England the company had to recount the ballots & found for Ehr 121 in favor, 173 NOT THIS CANDIDATE, & 15 didn’t vote.

Both links are still working for me. But I have what I regard as a "read only" Facebook account.

Something of a postscript to this.

It appears he did eventually run on the Democrat ticket in 2020 without greatly improving on his ECF result.

This time I didn't get messages on "Linkedin" from concerned Floridians asking for dirt on Phil Ehr.

I was intrigued to drive through a nearby Somerset village (population 130) and see a poster in a window proclaiming, "Dump Trump". I doubt it will have influenced the result.

Last time I made the mildly flippant post below. To my astonishment, this resulted in me and other Forum members such as Kevin being contacted by some of the said good citizens.

That impressive sounding CV led many of us to rush to embrace his candidature when he first stood for election to the ECF Board.

Hopefully, the good citizens of Florida's First Congressional District will learn from our mistake.
This time I remembered the maxims "Discretion is the better part of valour" and "Silence is golden".
