4-0 wins are not that unusual in the first round of team events - but when was the last time you saw one that went against the seeding?! (U12 Boys)

FIDE's (K=40) rule can send ratings of these junior players all over the place, so it's plausible that the ratings of the English team are out by a couple of hundred points, or at least they are if the players hit form.Thomas Rendle wrote: ↑Fri Jul 12, 2019 9:21 am4-0 wins are not that unusual in the first round of team events - but when was the last time you saw one that went against the seeding?! Strictly, it's an Under 12 team not an Under 12 Boys team ... but that doesn't stop it being a fantastic result!Thomas Rendle wrote: ↑Fri Jul 12, 2019 9:21 am4-0 wins are not that unusual in the first round of team events - but when was the last time you saw one that went against the seeding?!
