The dates and venue for this have been announced.
It's on the weekend of 10th to 12th July at the Wychwood Park Hotel, Crewe.

I think that's a venue previously used for Division 3 North.
Any thoughts or local recommendations?

I stayed there a couple of times and ate at the 19th hole if memory serves which is on the golf course a couple of minutes walk from the hotel
It's a 2 storey hotel in the middle of the golf course
I liked it and thought it was 1 of the better venues
Not far from the motorway but quite a way out of Crewe I think

I'm imagining Tiger and Rory deciding whether to fade round it or go over the top...

A bus apparently runs to 1 mile away - service back on Sunday is every two hours. Far from ideal that travel by public transport is so inconvenient

A quarter mile, if that, is closer. The bus stops for the 85 are close to the roundabout from which the drive up to the hotel and golf club leaves the main road. The distance is only so large because the drive is that long.Andy Stoker wrote: ↑Sat Feb 22, 2020 7:06 pmA bus apparently runs to 1 mile away - service back on Sunday is every two hours. If wanting to connect with rail at Crewe the bus stop for Wychwood is outside the Crewe Arms Hotel adjacent to the roundabout near the rail station. Opposite side of the road to the rail station. 100 yards maybe. The return stop is literally outside the station entrance; a dozen steps you're on the concourse. Both the outward stop at Crewe and the return one from Wychwood have shelters which will provide some protection from rain if necessary.

Thank you - apologies for any misinformation - but you don't seem to contradict what I've written - one would still have to walk up the drive. I was only going by GoogleMaps, which many will do when determining if they wish to play - perhaps add public transport information on the website?
