Servers implementing the "draw after 75 moves" rule would be a good start. This recent game was actually drawn after move 203 according to FIDE rules.
Wow, that is beyond pathetic to play so long after the Queens came off - if anything there should just be a rule where a player refusing to accept a draw after so long in a clearly drawn ending loses the game automatically for being a tw*t.

Why not the 50 move rule? If you offer a draw, you get it. In fact, I thought they did that.

Isn't ICC "Internet Chess Club" and doesn't it have a button for "offer draw/make draw claim"? When I played there twenty years ago, I can recall at least one game with opposite Bishops where I was shuffling the Bishop or King and periodically hitting the draw button. Eventually it was awarded either because of enough repeated positions or the move count had exceeded fifty. But you had to claim.

Because the option to claim a draw after 50 moves is a different rule from the fact that the game is a draw after 75 moves.

Right. In OTB play the purpose of the 75 move rule is that if both players for some reason wish to keep pointlessly hammering on, possibly just for the fun of keeping the arbiters from their dinner, the latter can call time.
In online play that has never previously been of any importance, but nowadays such games are sometimes overseen by arbiters. Perhaps they could send the players a message that if they don't stop messing about, they will both be defaulted.

Or just put some loud heavy metal on in the background and keep it going. But the longer they play on, the louder it gets.
