Victoria Beckham (formerly known as "Posh" Spice) tried to stop Peterborough calling themselves the "Posh", which they had been doing for about 70 years.

Warner Brothers tried to take action against Marx Brothers over the title "A Night in Casablanca" and Groucho wrote to them pointing out that (a) WB didn't own the city of Casablanca and (b) Marx Brothers were brothers long before Warner Brothers were, so they must change the name of the company immediately...

Also Queen's Gambit as a title has been around a long time. I think Charlie would quite safely refer any complainants to the renowned reply in Arkell vs Pressdram.

Yes it has, but for most of that very long time it hasn't just been the title of an extremely popular TV series with which this new venture has no connection.

(Things like this can and do happen, and when they do, citing Arkell v Pressdram may be less helpful than amusing.)

In the case of the Sevilla milliner, I thought Arsenal's conduct was simply bullying, since there was no reason to suggest there had been any attempt to deliberately associate the shop with the football club or otherwise piggyback off its name or image. This is not something that can be so easily said of our Maltese enterprise.

Yeah. Even the Opening that he said he invented is piggybacked from the Pterodactyl.
I don't like the way he advertises himself as the Sniper and has a picture of himself pretending to shoot a gun on his website.
He has a few Domains that he owned up for sale and a number of other websites seem to have disappeared.
