Christopher Barclay Heath was a completely different person - he played in the Major Open that year. The BCM (1923) p.333 gives H. N. Heath as being from London, so most likely not even related.

John Saunders identifies him (Hastings 1951-52) as Herbert Norman Saffery Heath (1893-1968). He was a first cousin of Christopher Barclay Heath (1876-1961), who, although he spent time in Dundee, was born and died in London. I didn't realise until just now that CB Heath was a clergyman.

There was another HN Heath active in Derby chess circles in the 1890s, who was probably not related.

Someone has notified me of the following defective score to be found on BritBase (it came originally from TWIC and presumably from the IoM website before that). Would anyone like to try and fix it so it makes sense? The first and most obvious fix is 55...Be6 for 55...Bc6 but that runs into various snags later in the game. So it looks like there must be two or more wrong moves.
