What led to the breakup of Horton & Bryant?
You two were a bellyfull of laughs.

I just assumed you and Justin ran out of material and wound down the act.
You could make a comeback and investigate the above claims for the efficacy of vitamin C!
Or is that too much even for the disputatious duo to swallow?

Well John I guess we just had a sense of when it was a good time to stop.
This may be a hard skill to acquire, but if you have any similar tools in your workbox, can I suggest you pass them on to Mr Fields?

Thanks for that safe & sound advice, Justin. I'll do what I can but no cast-iron guarantees can be given by me. Mr. Fields is a free agent.

Re: Lionel Burrell the chess player
There isn’t one really.
I don’t think there was ever an issue of not having anything to write about. There was - from my point of view at least - a fairly major issue with respect to lack of time due to work and other life stuff.
That’s it I’m afraid. No story.
Thanks for asking though.

Thanks for answering, Jonathan.
(I thought you two might have been slapped with a lawsuit for political incorrectness.)

The movie is mentioned in Lionel Burrell's biography 'The Waistcoat' that I found in a local library. I could not find it on Amazon after a brief look though the biography said that this movie helped to make Lionel Burrell as Charlie Chaplin who he co-starred with became so famous.

Hi Francis, can you give a bit more detail -
Which "local library"?
What 'movie'?
Thanks, John

Having visited numerous libraries during my life, I will post the image of the book (with a chessboard) when I can remember and find it.

However, this auditorium is empty since the critics have all gone to pick over the bones of a whale of a story - as is ever the way with those who follow the trawler.
