Chess clubs and buildings
I am informed by a close friend that Edinburgh chess club owns the building it plays in. Is this true? If so, which other chess clubs, if any, own a building. Hastings possibly?

Basingstoke Chess Club play at Basingstoke Bridge Club, which is owned by the Bridge Club, not sure if the Chess club are stakeholders, or if this is just all Bridge ownership?

I'll leave Geoff to give the full details of Edinburgh's premises.
Unfortunately. they do not own the building. That would possibly make each member a millionaire. However they do own their own premises within a building.

Ah, that sounds more likely, thanks.
