I am sorry to inform you that Edward Patten passed away at the end of February.
Edward played for Chorlton Chess Club in Manchester.
He was a very pleasant chap and played for them in the Manchester Leagues.
His funeral took place on the 18th March at the Manchester Crematorium, Barlow Moor Road, Manchester, M21 7GZ.
