British this year. Anyone got spare room? ;)

Post by Lee Bullock » Mon Jul 02, 2012 3:49 pm

Just thought I would put this out there and I only just decided I cant do the British this year and am gutted.

I have played in the last 2 and really wanted to go but with it being so far away I knew I needed to be loaded this year or or get help somehow. I saw on these forums before about people traveling down and can maybe give people a lift and I saw some people were also putting people up in North Shields.

I was looking to do the last week of the British or even the weekender and then the last week so am adaptable.

So if anybody knows anyone or can help it would be greatly appreciated and I am a very good traveling companion and would be no trouble ;)

Thanks,

Lee Bullock

Me and the delightful Mrs.C. have wangled a few days off work together.

We are just going to appear and find some place to stay for a few days.
I've never gone for this booking in advance nonsense. This is much more fun.

Of course she doe not know the British is on so I'm looking forward
to a new facial expression when she finds out.

I'll just say it was a coincidence.

Lara can we sleep under the bookstall.

I think I am now staying in a tent for the last 8 days or so of the British with some friends. So this should be fun ;) I apologies now for my alcohol and BBQ smell ;)

Thanks, I hope so to. Although as long as were warm and the Tents got no holes I will be happy ;)
