There was a system failure this morning between approximately 07:34 and 09:25 so apologies for that

Thanks to the people who let me know, I do always know when there is a problem but am not always in a position to resolve it

A link here http://stats.pingdom.com/4s40d6s8xndm would show any sort of large problem affecting everyone
