It is the job of the norm-seeking player ( and generally a Law of Chess ) to provide a legible game score, and the job of the CA to ensure that one is reconstructed if necessary. I don't think that is unreasonable.Ian Thompson wrote:Can a player forfeit a title norm due to bad handwriting?
