ECF Membership Gold or Platinum required for English players.

Easy to get to venue in Hampstead, very near to the Underground Station (Northern Line). Henderson Court Resource Centre, 102 Fitzjohns Avenue, London, NW3 6NS. The entrance to the venue is on Prince Arthur Road. Arbiters: Adam Raoof and Geoff Gammon, food by Norman and yElena Went.

FORMAT
Five Rounds, games are FIDE rated and graded by the ECF for the national grading database. Maximum 60 players, limited to players rated (standard rating) Under 2200. Unrated players should be Under 190 ECF, or the national equivalent. Swiss format tournaments.

BYES: if you cannot make a round (some people like to get an early night on Saturday) you can ask for a half-point bye in advance by informing the arbiter. Not available in the final round!

TIME CONTROL - ALL MOVES IN 90 MINUTES per player (3.0 hour session).
Round Times: Saturday (1) 10.30am to 1.30pm, (2) 2.00pm to 5.00pm, (3) 5.30pm to 8.30pm. Sunday (4) 11.00am to 2pm, (5) 2.30pm to 5.30pm. Prizes will be transferred by BACS after the event, so please let us have your details if you have won a prize.
