When an ECF junior receives a new ECF grade that previously has been converted to an Elo one for the purposes of 4NCL, is it possible to use the new ECF grade and convert that?
I'm sure I should RTFM but I haven't.

Re: ECF to 4NCL conversion question
"For juniors under eighteen years on 1 January 2013 captains may elect to use latest published ECF grades or other national ratings for conversion to an equivalent FIDE rating using the appropriate conversion formula."
As it mentions latest, I assume the answer is yes

Re: ECF to 4NCL conversion question
Thanks Mick!
I had a slight query since some of the BCM squad juniors have already "been converted" and I wasn't sure if they can undergo multiple conversions in the same season?
