I've been trying to figure out the options for Easter Congresses.
Surrey isn't being run this year, so options appear to be
Southend - 7 rounds FIDE rated 2/2/2/1
Exmouth (WECU) - 7 rounds 2/2/2/1
CCF - 5 rounds FIDE rated 3/2/0/0
Cardiff (WCU) FIDE rated second section 7 rounds 1/2/2/2
Bolton 5 rounds 2/1/2/0 - Blitz(?) on the Saturday afternoon.
Dublin FIDE rated e2e4 9 rounds including Thursday 1/2/2/2/2
It depends how you travel, but seven round tournaments starting on Friday morning can require an extra night's stay.

Re: Options for Easter Congresses
I might be wrong but as the Cardiff event is the Welsh Championships, are there not serious conditions of entry there regarding to being Welsh and / or living in Wales.
That said, we're going and really looking forward to it.
