How does he defend against the threat of ... R*h2, B*h2 Qh4?

If 25.h3 then Bxh3, gxh3 Qh4 looks terrible.

I assume Black's idea after the rook sacrifice is just to wak the rook round a8-f8-f6-h6 then take on h2 and step aside with the queen...
