Yes, black retains both Bishops so White is quite likely to get checkmated. Difficult to get the c3 Knight over to the Kingside too. Stockfish +2 for Black.

Heh, yes, I was sitting next to that game and took the trouble to tell both players afterwards that as a big Berlin fan I'd really enjoyed it. I don't know if that, too, influenced Jude in his decision to play 4. d3.
