When I was young, I bought Informator 10.
One of my favourite chess books, as it had lots of diagrams and 841 games to play through.
Today, I finished the 63 combinations in the back of the book.
Is this a record for slow solving?
Is this a record?

Re: Is this a record?
Vol 10 was 1970. 44 years. A tough one to beat.
BTW. Voted best game in Vol 10 was Larsen's win in Fischer - Larsen, Palma de Mallorca 1970.
Afraid I have to admit that the endgame puzzles in the Informators I have remain unsolved. Infact not even looked at.

I normally get my Fischer games from 'My 60 memorable games.'

The early Informators are a genuine gold mine
