I didn't find any games where this has been played before, but it does have a certain plausibility. Putting the Knight en prise by Ng4 with the idea of regaining the piece on d4 is a known idea in the Accelerated Dragon.

There's a similar idea in the ... Kf8 variation of the ... c5 Bb5+ Austrian Attack. The whole line rests on e5 Ng4 not later dropping a piece to Qxg4 because Black can respond ... Bxd4.


With respect to publishing games - I like to see them too. large numbers of similar posts makes the forum difficult to read though.

If by "ecf", you mean the English Chess Federation, you may well be right, but that's another issue. This is an independent site ecforum, where the ecf bit stands for English Chess Forum.
