My trainer sent me 14 files including a .cbh file. How do I open them?

Isn't it because I don't have Chessbase here? I came to Canada at the end of January and am now stuck in Canada.
I just have "CB reader" and "Scidvpc" here
I doubt he can convert it to cbv.

"Back up database"
Click on Okay when "uncrypted" box is ticked.
Save the file
E-mail to the relevant e-mail address.
