There is a book called "startling castling!" by Robert Timmer (Batsford, 1997) which contains several examples of mating by castling (although surprisingly, perhaps, not the Ed Lasker - George Thomas example). "Anonymous" seems to be a frequent loser in this games (including "Morphy (1858)"). I had forgotten that I owned this book (probably haven't opened it for 20 years) until I saw this thread.

Its a nice little book actually, though like you I haven't read it properly for some time.

It's also the only book, as far as I know, which includes one of my games. (A loss, since you asked, played in 1971.)
