Organisation Name missing in rating submission file?

Today am submitting eight .TXT format rating data submission files to

https://rating.englishchess.org.uk/v2/submit

Am using Swiss Manager 14.0.0.95 to create the ENG submission file. This does not contain an organisation name line

The rating parser points out

"Org Name : unknown - Rapid Index : 01"

(I assume for ECF Council voting rights I need to submit half-games for the correct organisation)

Can anyone let me know the ORG Name parameter string please?

Further to the above, I hacked into the data file

the field

#OrgName=4HAJ

and the parser recognised the format but did not recognise our ECF Club code of 4HAJ.

Some small progress I guess.

Maybe try using "Hampshire Junior CA" or "425", depending on whether it wants the organisation's name or ID.

I think possibly that

claims that HJCA is "ECF Affiliated: No"

and therefore I cannot submit half-games on its behalf. Slightly guessing here I will admit.

I think the field indicates whether or not the organisation is a member organisation that is entitled to vote at ECF Council meetings.

I had no problems submitting Godalming Club Championship results. It's not ECF affiliated. The spreadsheet format doesn't require you to specify an organisation name. It's probably deduced from the event being "Godalming Club Championship".

Yes, I came to the exact same conclusion Ian but have asked for confirmation from Brian.

Perhaps HH can be asked to add outputting the Org Name from SM at some point?

It's not clear to me why anyone, at present, thinks the rating team want OrgName in a submission file. It is not part of our submission requirements.

Some code does exist, as a stub, for lining up with an ECF registration system, but this will be in the future for rating. That registration system is a useful idea to save duplicating input for things like club finder, calendar, game fees, voting and rating.
