The Nottinghamshire County Championships for the season 2024-2025 are to be held over two Sundays: 15 June and 20 July at Radcliffe and Bingham Chess Club's venue:

The first three rounds will take place on 15 June and Rounds 4-5 on 20 July.
There are three sections: Open, under 1850 and under 1600.
Anyone with historic Nottinghamshire connections (e.g. birth in the county or former residence for three years) as well as those living or working in Nottinghamshire, attending an educational establishment in Nottinghamshire or representing a club playing in the Nottinghamshire League is very welcome.

It has just been announced that the time control has been extended to 75 + 10 (rather than the original 65 + 10) to give everyone a bit more thinking time.
