Creating ECF rating file from Tornelo

I recently ran a tournament using Tornelo (switching from UTU Swiss now support for it has ceased). Is there an easy way to create an ECF rating file from Tornelo results, that I can submit for rating?

Export the results from Tornelo and import them into Swiss Manager and export from there

The PC I was running UTU Swiss on was already old and creaky. I cannot justify buying a new PC solely to run Swiss Manager and so needed something that would work on a Mac.

(As I understand it, Swiss Manager is not available on Macs)

Perhaps you could set up the tournament as if it was an internal club tournament on the ECF LMS. Then input the results and let the auto submission of the LMS take care of the rest.

If you only need it occasionally, you might be able to use a virtual PC, .e.g. a Windows EC2 instance running on AWS. They offer free trials. After that, it wouldn't cost much for a low spec instance so long as you hibernate it when you're not using it. I expect other cloud providers have similar offerings.

It just reports the results for rating. It's assumed you run the tournament in a manner of your pleasing.

What it will do is identify all the player rating codes or flag those without codes.
