Stupid question about Lichess live boards

For some reason every Lichess live board covering the 4NCL games this week shows

1. c4 e5 2. g3 Nf6 3. Bg2 Bc5 4. d3 00 5. Nc3 Re8 with an eval of +0.2 as best play from the start position at depth 65.

This appears to come from Stockfish 17.1 7MB v2 NNUE

Is SF suggesting all games should start this way as a kind of themed tournament?

Interestingly, Megabase 2026 lists 424 games starting in the above way and White scores 54.8%
