Slovenian GM who was one of the top Yugoslav players in the 1960s and 70s, appearing several times in their Olympiad teams.
And sadly another name to cross off the "people alive who played RJF" list.

World Junior Champion, 1961.
As far as I can tell, he only played in Britain twice - 1972 Teesside and the 1973 European Team Championship in Bath.
He was something of a 'drawmeister' who rarely lowered his flag to anyone other than elite GMs. I couldn't find any losses against British players.

IIRC he was nicknamed the "Yugoslav Petrosian" or similar.
