This isn't a position where you make 'slightly sub-standard' moves though. It's just a technical position and I'm sure both the guys playing it know it much better than me.

... Rf1 now and two moves to push the pawn. Don't think it's an exaggeration to say that I could draw this. Against Adams or anybody else.

(although saying that you have to be careful how you push the pawn. Perhaps it was an exaggeration!)
