Of course the argument could be made now he is getting older etc but on rating he should still be selected.

There are suggestions an incident took place at the prizegiving of the 2000 British at Millfield School. A name that's been speculated wasn't playing there. I suppose it's possible he was present for the prize giving.

Sabrina has now corrected herself to say the prize-giving groping incident happened when she was 11, not 13, so that would be sometime between October 1997 and October 1998.

If your assumption that it was at the British Championships is correct, and the GM played in the event, then there are only 11 possible people.

Answer - another murky BCF cover-up, but not relevant to the current disaster.

You could probably find it in contemporary magazines. A special feature of the S&W sposnsorship was that GMs etc had to pay their own way. Or at least that's what was said in public.

I think it was around 6-7 years ago I was told by an ECF official that Sabrina Chevennes was blacklisted sometime earlier by the ECF from any future coaching engagements, such as the ECF Academy, because she had sued the ECF for unpaid fees. Presumably via the small claims court. I’m presuming she would have also been blacklisted from also being selected for the England Woman’s team, although perhaps she had stopped playing seriously by then anyway. Is it true that she was blacklisted effectively?

Not that I know of. She last played for England in the 2015 European Team, her last rated tournament was playing in my team in the 2016 European Club Cup for women in 2016 where she performed well. Her last rated games were in 4NCL in early 2017.

I wouldn't know as my involvement with the ECF in any official capacity ended in October 2014. Maybe ask the ECF official who made the original claim?
